It depends on the type of work being done, if we are doing structural or any item that is behind the drywall, we will likely need permits for your city.

Most full basement remodels take 1 – 2 months after we acquire the permits. A good rule of thumb is that planning and permits take 2 weeks to a month. Construction can take 1 – 2 months to be completed.

For a basement with just bedrooms and a basic bathroom, it could be $30-$40 per foot from start to finish. If we get very detailed (examples: kitchens, theater rooms, gyms, etc.) it could cost around $70-$100 per foot to do the project. It’s best to fill out our bid request form and let us give you a preliminary price. Then we can work with you to plan your project out step by step, that way you know what you’re getting and the cost before we start working on your project.

No! Once we give our final estimate the price is locked, as well as the scope of work. Our planning stage is key! We strive to work through all the options, so that when we start construction you can sit back and let us do what we do best; spending a lot of money on your home is stressful enough.

We will determine your desired schedule before the project starts. Do you want people to show up after 9 am? 8 am? 7 am? We can do it. If you want your project done as fast as possible, and want guys working on the weekends – we can do it.

No! We prefer to find a window well, or basement access so that you can carry on with life as usual upstairs. If possible, we try not to even bring materials, people, or anything else, through the upstairs to get to the basement.
